France's Macron to discuss trade, Ukraine war with China's Xi Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived in France on Sunday for a state visit and talks with French President Emmanuel Macron. The latter is expected to focus talks on trade and the Ukraine war. European leaders are hoping to see Xi pushing Russian President Vladimir Putin to accept some compromise and negotiate an end to the war.
