What should rich countries do with spare masks and gloves? Most developed countries have large reserves of medical supplies to respond to emergencies which only rose due to the Covid-19 pandemic.If these supplies are not used in an emergency, they stay in the stockpile till their use-by date and are then sent to the landfills
