Tragedy strikes Senegalese hospital as fire leads to infant deaths A fire has left 11 babies dead in a hospital in the west of Senegal. The tragedy has been blamed on an electrical short circuit, as our correspondent reports. We also take a look at ongoing fighting between the Congolese army and the M23 militia near the Rwandan border. It's the biggest surge in violence related to the group since a 2013 insurrection. Finally, we talk to Sonia Kabanda, the founder of the African Zuri Festival in Kinshasa. The festival is a celebration of life with dancing, performance, cooking and much more from all corners of the continent.
