'The pardon comes a week after an official visit to Bamako by an Ivorian delegation' Ivorian soldiers arrested in Mali in July are set to be freed. The announcement was made by Mali's minister for territorial administration. Bamako accused the soldiers of having traveled with weapons under false identities and of not having informed the authorities. The accusations were rejected by the Ivory Coast which says the soldiers were on a UN mission. Oliver Farry provides more information in the video report.
