Sudan humanitarian crisis: NGO warns of risk of diseases as bodies litter streets The United Nations says more than 4 million people have been driven from their homes because of the conflict in Sudan. Fighting between the army and the Rapid Support Forces military group erupted in April. The violence has been intensifying in (and around) the capital Khartoum in the past few days.
