Spanish town aims to minimise racial profiling in police checks A police force in a Madrid commuter town has become an example to others in Europe on how to prevent institutional racism. Fuenlabrada, where 15 percent of residents are immigrants, has found a model of policing to end discriminatory ID checks, as well as stop and searches.
