Senegal shuts overseas consulates after attacks in several cities including Paris and Bordeaux Senegal has temporarily closed its consulates abroad following attacks on diplomatic missions in Bordeaux, Milan, Paris and New York among others, the foreign affairs ministry said on Tuesday.
