Second earthquake of magnitude 7.6 hits Turkey's south, 45 countries offered help A second earthquake of magnitude 7.6 struck southeastern Turkey's Kahramanmaras region on Monday, the country's Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) said. Dozens of governments and international organisations have responded with offers of support after an earthquake of magnitude 7.8 struck central Turkey and northwest Syria.
