Sebi imposes a penalty of <span class='webrupee'>₹</span>1 crore on IIFL Securities for violating provisions IIFL Securities Ltd has been fined ₹1 crore by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for violating regulations. SEBI conducted multiple audits of IIFL's books of accounts and discovered that the company had violated the SEBI 1993 Circular.
