Rwanda floods: At least 130 killed, rescuers search for survivors Torrential rains and flooding in Rwanda have killed at least 129 people this week...with reports the toll could rise still further. A search and rescue operation is underway. The extreme weather began last week, when heavy rains triggered mudslides that washed away homes and left some roads inacessible.
