Pelicot rape trial: press and public allowed to see video evidence A court judging a French man who has admitted to charges of enlisting dozens of strangers to rape his then wife has decided to allow the public and press to be present when video evidence is shown. The ruling is a reversal upon an earlier decision which banned the broadcasting of the images in the presence of the public.
