Paris transformed as organisers prepare for Paralympics Paris is going through yet another transformation as organisers take down setups used at various sports venues during the Olympics and put up new ones to accommodate the upcoming Paralympics. The beach volleyball stadium at the Eiffel Tower will be turned into a football field for blind athletes.
