Mozambique security: Residents return to northern region as situation improves In Mozambique, residents have begun returning to Cabo Delgado, on the northern coast. The gas-rich province has been devastated by years of deadly insurgency linked to the Islamic State armed group. But even as locals head back home, the Defence Ministry says there's a long way to go before things return to normal. FRANCE 24's Carolyn Lamboley tells us more.
