Mahindra Group appoints Amarjyoti Barua as Group CFO Amarjyoti Barua will be replacing Manoj Bhatt, who is appointed as Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd (MHRIL) succeeding Kavinder Singh, the company said in a statement.
