Live: Putin, Macron agree on need for IAEA inspection of Ukraine nuclear plant Russian President Vladimir Putin and French President Emmanuel Macron on Friday agreed on the need to send a team from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to the Russian-controlled Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant in Ukraine, according to the French presidential office.
