Israelis protest against Netanyahu, call for early elections as army recovers hostage body Tens of thousands of Israelis protested against Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Saturday after the Israeli military recovered the body of 47-year-old Elad Katzir who was held hostage in Gaza. The discovery renewed pressure on Israel's government for a deal to get the remaining hostages freed, and thousands gathered in Tel Aviv to call for a deal as well as early elections.
