Israel-Lebanon border clashes increase amid fears that tensions could 'spiral' Clashes along the Israel-Lebanon border are increasing amid growing concerns that Israel's war with Hamas could spread if Lebanon's Hezbollah were to intervene in northern Israel. Border clashes "appear to be growing in intensity. They're happening on a daily basis," said FRANCE 24's Andrew Hilliar, reporting from Deir Hanna in northern Israel.
