In Morocco's Atlas Mountains, locals mourn their dead after earthquake After its devastating earthquake on September 8, Morocco accepted aid from four nations: the United Kingdom, Spain, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. Teams from each country were quick to arrive and set up rescue operations at the base of the Atlas Mountains, where remote villages were badly affected by the quake. However, their job has been anything but easy. FRANCE 24's Luke Shrago, Tarek Kai and Abdallah Malkawi went on the road with them as they searched for victims and met grieving survivors.
