Greece migrant boat sinking: 9 held on suspicion of smuggling, hope dims for survivors The search continues off the coast of the Peloponnese, on the southern tip of the Greek mainland for hundreds of people missing feared dead after a packed fishing boat sank on Wednesday morning. The bodies of 78 people have been recovered and 104 have been been rescued. Greek authorities have since arrested 9 of the survivors, suspected of being part of a smuggling ring.
