German aerospace startup scraps orbital rocket launch on first test flight German startup Isar Aerospace on Monday scrapped a planned test flight for its Spectrum orbital launch vehicle from Norway, citing unfavourable winds. The two-stage launch vehicle is intended to be the first orbital launch flight to lift off from Europe.
