French school attacker declared allegiance to Islamic State, prosecutor says France’s anti-terror prosecutor Jean-François Ricard Tuesday told a media briefing that a suspected Islamic extremist declared allegiance to the Islamic State group before fatally stabbing a teacher in school attack last week.
