France says Niger's junta has 'no authority' to ask ambassador to leave Paris on Friday said Niger's "putschists have no authority" to ask their ambassador in Niamey to leave after the military rulers who seized control in Niger on July 26 gave the French ambassador 48 hours to quit the country.
