France, Germany, Italy and UK throw support behind Arab plan for Gaza reconstruction The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation on Saturday adopted an Arab League plan to rebuild the devastated Gaza Strip. The Egyptian proposal, which was welcomed by the foreign ministers of France, Germany, Italy and the UK, was crafted as an alternative to US President Donald Trump's proposal to take over the coastal territory and displace the Palestinians living there.
