DR Congo conflict: Bunagana residents fear coming back home Congolese communities in the country's East say that successes claimed by the east african force sent in to reign in M23 rebels, have been overblown. Bunagana fell to the militants last June and the regional force say that rebels have withdrawn in line with the Luanda agreement signed last November.
