Diplomatic tensions rise over DR Congo conflict In tonight's edition: Rwandan President Paul Kagame strongly rejects criticism of his country's involvement in eastern DR Congo, where M23 rebels backed by Kigali appear to have taken control of much of the provincial capital Goma. Hospitals there are struggling to cope with the influx of casualties as fighting continues.
