Decades-long conflict: Rwanda denies involvement in DRC camp attack Rwanda on Saturday dismissed a US assertion that its forces were involved in a deadly attack that left several dead in in a camp for displaced people on the outskirts of the city of Goma in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. The attack is part of a decades-long conflict over mining between Kigali's forces, its M23 rebel allies and an armed ethnic Hutu group with the Congolese army.
