Can Russia disconnect from the World Wide Web? In the wake of Russia's presidential election, we take a look at Moscow's efforts to disconnect from the global internet. The Kremlin regularly expresses concerns about its dependence on the World Wide Web. In the past few years, Moscow has undertaken initiatives aimed at creating its own independent internet infrastructures.
