Armenia PM Pashinyan proposes non-aggression pact to Azerbaijan Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said on Sunday that he has proposed the signing of a non aggression pact to Azerbaijan, pending a comprehensive peace treaty between the arch-foe Caucasus neighbours.
